Perivolas is a district of the city of Oia covering its eastern part (up to the border with Finika).
In the past, mainly inhabited by farmers who lived in houses called Agrotospita. The district also had a lot of Canavas, i.e. buildings for the production and storage of wine. Later most of the farmer’s houses and canavas were converted into hotels and guesthouses.
Currently, Perivolas is a lively Oia district, full of exclusive boutiques, restaurants, hotels and SPA.
