In the town of Oia, on Nikolau Nomikou Street, there is a small park covering an area of about 1000 m2. It is a small paved area with a few pine trees and a monument commemorating the inhabitants who died during the war (a concrete obelisk with engraved names, set on a stone base).
In the north-eastern part of the park there is a small playground with swings, slides and merry-go-rounds for children. There are also benches for carers.
In the north-western part of the park you will find a small chapel of the Transfiguration of Christ the Saviour with a distinctive white and blue bell tower.
